 Avoid Direct Sunlight and High Heat Exposure: Fabrics and wood are sensitive to prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and maintain the surface.

In Case of Stains: Use mild water-free cleaning products (dry cleaning) and avoid harsh chemicals.

Note: Do not remove the seat covers or wash them in the machine.

 Foam Warranty: 3-month warranty on foam structure.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover fabric or wooden parts.

 Return Period: Customers can return the product within 7 business days only if there is a color or design mismatch or physical damage upon delivery.

Return Conditions:

Design or Color Mismatch: If the delivered product's design or color differs from what was originally ordered.

Physical Damage: If the product is damaged or has defects upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: Since all products are made-to-order based on specific customer requests, other reasons for return, such as a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the model, are not eligible for return.

Return Request Process: To initiate a return, contact customer support within 7 business days and provide details and images of the issue via WhatsApp or email.

Return Fees: If the issue is confirmed to be due to a design, color mismatch, or physical defect, the return shipping cost will be covered by the company.
