Free Delivery & Installation: For orders above 80 OMR in Busher, al-Amerat, al-Seeb, and Barka. For other regions, delivery charges will be applied as agreed.

Holiday Delivery: During special holidays (e.g., Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, and National Day), order processing may take longer, and delivery time may be extended by 2 to 4 additional days.

 Color Selection: Choose from a wide range of colors through the website, in-person visits, or online consultation (via WhatsApp).

Custom Design: You can submit custom designs and request modifications based on your preference through WhatsApp.

 Images displayed on the website may have slight color variations compared to the actual product due to monitor settings and photography conditions. Please take this into consideration when selecting colors.

 Return Period: Customers can return the product within 7 business days of receipt, only if there is a design or color mismatch or physical damage upon delivery.

Return Conditions:

Design or Color Mismatch: If the delivered product’s design or color differs from the initial order.

Physical Damage: If the product has defects or physical damage upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: Since all products are custom-made based on customer requests, other reasons for return, such as change of mind or dissatisfaction with the model, are not eligible for return.

Return Request Process: To initiate a return, contact customer support within 7 business days and provide details and images of the issue via WhatsApp.

Return Fees: If the issue is confirmed to be due to design, color mismatch, or physical damage, the return shipping cost will be covered by the company.
